New Heatset Web Press Fountain Solution from RBP

Milwaukee, Wisconsin -- RBP Chemical Technology has announced the immediate availability of Unitrol 9500, a new fountain solution designed specifically for heatset web presses.  The new product runs optimally on a wide variety of heatset web equipment, but is particularly effective on presses using Duotrol or similar dampening systems.  New RBP Unitrol 9500 is a single-step solution, specially formulated to control ink feedback and piling caused by newer paper stocks.   
 
RBP Unitrol 9500 incorporates a state-of-the-art wetting system which provides excellent surface tension control that reduces water settings for improved ink/water balance.  It reduces ink feedback and ink buildup in dampening and recirculation systems.  Clean-ups and restarts are faster and easier when using the new fountain solution.  RBP Unitrol 9500 also minimizes attack on newer paper stocks, reducing calcium buildup on rollers and blankets, resulting in longer plate life.
