Cabinet NG Recognized as a "Best Channel Vendor" by Business Solutions Magazine

Press release from the issuing company

Huntsville, Alabama, December 30, 2008 – Cabinet NG (CNG), the preeminent automated document management and workflow solution for small enterprises, today announced that it has been selected as a "Best Channel Vendor 2009" in the ECM and Data Capture Software categories by Business Solutions Magazine.  The award is the result of an online survey of Business Solutions' Value Added Resellers (VARs) subscribers conducted during September and October 2008.

Survey questions were divided into seven categories of Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation, and Adequate VAR Margins. Cabinet NG received high marks in each category. Notably, the company garnered top scores in these three areas: Service/Support, Channel Friendly, and Channel Program.  Results are highlighted in the Special Issue of Business Solutions Magazine in January 2009 (http://www.businesssolutionsmag.com).

"We are honored and excited to be receiving such recognition by the VAR community.  Being recognized as a "Best Channel Vendor" by Business Solutions Magazine is an excellent testimony to our channel program which has always enforced a win-win collaborative relationship with our partners. This accolade gives us a great start for the New Year and motivates us to continue providing best-in-class document management technology backed by a quality team," said Andrew Bailey, President, Cabinet NG.

The survey drew an overwhelming response of over 17,000 overall votes, and results were calculated and analyzed in partnership between Business Solutions' editorial team and Penn State University.

As noted by Gartner, Inc. and Forrester Research, both of whom have issued reports lowering their expectations for IT spending in 2009, businesses are expected to more selectively fund new and existing technology projects. Fortunately, CNG document management software easily integrates with a firm's existing business applications, delivering a strong ROI from both cost savings and more efficient, productive processes company-wide.

Cabinet NG's integration tools, such as Retriever, Synchronizer and the CNG-API, enables VARs to tailor integration to meet clients' unique needs and budget.  As a result, VARs can differentiate themselves with powerful products and professional services that maximize IT investments.

"As companies continue to monitor their IT spending in uncertain economic times, they will appreciate the ability of CNG document management software to do more with less.  By delivering efficiency gains and productivity improvements to our clients, we are looking forward to a very strong year in 2009," said Shane Berry, Vice President Sales, Information Systems Division, Memphis Communications Corporation.
