Land O'Lakes, FL -- Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced it’s EDP (Electronic Document Professional) Class of 2008. Five recipients were inducted to the EDP program during the Xplor Global Conference and Exhibition in St. Petersburg, Florida. Those celebrating their 5-year, 10-year and 15-year re-certifications were also recognized.
“The Electronic Document Professional (EDP) Program, inaugurated and sponsored by Xplor International, recognizes individuals that possess a high standard of ethics, knowledge and expertise in the field of electronic document systems,” said Donald Scrima, EDP commission chairperson. “We are proud to announce such an influential group of professionals.
The EDP designation has been an industry symbol for professional proficiency, experience and commitment since its inception in 1991. EDP professionals promote and enhance the industry through continuing individual education, knowledge sharing and mentoring others in the certification process. To date, over 500 EDPs have been certified worldwide, with numbers increasing ever year.
