Rhapso raises € 3.5 million through a third round of funding

Press release from the issuing company

Palaiseau (France) -- Rhapso closed a new € 3.5 million round of funding with OTC Asset Management and I-Source. One year after a second round which backed Graphisoft acquisition, this new funding is a clear recognition that prior expectations have been met. These additional resources will help Rhapso reaching new milestones in its future growth moving forward.

Rhapso paid a special attention in 2008 to the closing of new deals in its international franchise. Regarding its product offering the company added two new software components. EmaPlan delivers a dynamic scheduling engine for guiding production processes; EmaCube includes advanced Business Intelligence capabilities to help management monitoring strategic information.

Rhapso will use this extra funding to keep its organic growth on a sustainable basis as well as to look for other acquisitions in Europe.

« We are particularly happy to see I-Source and OTC Asset Management confirming their commitments alongside us”, says  Gaël Thomaré, Rhapso Founding CEO. “ Being on Rhapso board since last December, I am strongly convinced by the firing power of Rhapso business model”, comments Bruno Joseph, COO.

« Our continuous engagement is consistent with Rhapso status as a leading supplier of software solutions in its area of expertise » explains Yvan-Michel Ehkirch from I-Source.“Rhapso gets the human, technical and as of now financial resources to speed up its development in Europe”, adds Xavier Faure from OTC AM.
