TRESU A/S in Bjert, Denmark and TRESU Royse Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of chambered doctor blade systems and other ancillary equipment and devices, and Printers' Service (Prisco), of Newark, New Jersey, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of pressroom products, announced a strategic alliance to sell coating systems for printing presses throughout the United States (North America). The alliance will have synergy for both TRESU Royse and Prisco by combining TRESU's knowledge of coating systems and applications combined with Prisco's own coatings, expertise, and extensive distribution network. The TRESU Royse product line includes chamber doctor blade systems and devices, dampening water circulators, ink roller chillers, infrared dryers and other similar products.

Prisco is well established in the graphic arts market as a manufacturer and supplier of pressroom products such as blankets, fountain concentrates, solvents, adhesives and pressroom process control equipment.  Prisco has an extensive line of Aqueous and UV coatings including those for special applications such as metallic and dispersion coatings. Prisco is also a major distributor of HP Scitex and Agfa wide- and superwide format inkjet systems.

The strategic alliance which pairs the two companies in the area of coating systems, applications, and coatings products provides printers with highly engineered solutions and expertise designed to increase printers' capabilities and to optimize the performance of their coating equipment. Prisco will focus on the offset retrofit (end-user) market for chamber technology, meanwhile, TRESU Royse will maintain focus on its product line and work to promote its products to the OEM's and OEM Dealer networks.
