Press release from the issuing company
NEW YORK, Nov. 4, 2008 – XMPie Inc., the leading provider of software for dynamic publishing, celebrates a successful close to Graph Expo 2008 with high booth traffic, three "Must See 'em" honors and six Printing Innovation with Xerox Imaging (PIXI) awards for its customers.
A large number of show attendees visited the company's booth to experience a personalized movie-event that uniquely explained how graphic communications providers can differentiate themselves from their competition by providing highly-targeted, integrated multi-channel personalized marketing communications with XMPie.
PersonalEffect 4.5, XMPie's industry-leading cross-media offering, and its unique wizard for creating personalized landing sites for response management (RURLs) also received significant interest from booth visitors.
"The show was a great success for XMPie. Despite the challenging economic conditions, we had strong attendance and a strong leads list as a result. Prospects and customers were actively seeking one-to-one cross-media marketing solutions," said Jacob Aizikowitz, president, XMPie, Inc. "Visitors, industry experts and analysts validated that the precision targeting, personalization and multi-channel marketing capabilities delivered by our solutions are exactly what is needed by the market, especially today when budgets are constrained and every dollar spent must impact results."
Key XMPie offerings won "Must See 'em" awards. uStore 3.0, the company's Web-to-print solution, received an esteemed "Must See 'em" award. "Worth-A-Look" recognition was bestowed on PersonalEffect 4.5 and an "Encore Worth-A-Look" went to the uProduce Marketing Console, XMPie's marketing analytics solution. The "Must See 'em" Program highlights the most unique, innovative and compelling products at the show. Winners were selected by an independent committee of industry experts. "Must See 'em" products are those that the committee agrees the majority of show attendees should see.
More recognition came during Xerox Corporation's annual PIXI awards ceremony where six industry-leading XMPie customers from around the globe were credited for innovative projects. De Budelse, a Dutch printing company, won Best of Show. United States-based Digital Studio, Canadian print provider Kempenfelt Graphics Group, Elevate You Limited of the United Kingdom, Rochester Institute of Technology of Rochester, N.Y. and Spectrum Creative Solutions of Poughkeepsie, N.Y. all received award recognition for personalized marketing campaigns created with XMPie software.
Several XMPie partners also played a significant role in the company's success at the show. Software Marketing Associates was stationed at XMPie's booth showcasing uStore incorporated with its PRO-MAIL System, providing a seamless workflow for fulfillment management information systems integrated with on-demand personalized Web-to-print.
PB Systems, Inc. also joined XMPie to demonstrate PersonalEffect's connectivity with several leading digital asset management solutions. Lastly, a hit with show attendees was a combined technology demonstration from Xerox, Mikkelsen Graphic Engineering (MGE) and XMPie for the creation of personalized pop-up greeting cards using XMPie's award winning uImage solution. In Xerox's booth, Graph Expo attendees had photos taken and were featured in pop-up greeting cards produced right on the show floor.
Rounding out XMPie's presence at Graph Expo, the company announced the availability of "Revolutionizing Marketing: The New Power of Cross-Media Communications," a white paper that addresses the unique challenges, solutions and opportunities presented by cross-media marketing.
