Press release from the issuing company

DETROIT, July 21, 2008 -- Huron Capital Partners LLC announced today that, through its holding company TouchPoint Print Solutions Corp. ("TouchPoint"), it has acquired Commercial Communications, Inc. ("CCI"). Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Headquartered in Hartland, WI, CCI is a leading provider of digital document management, commercial off-set printing and fulfillment services serving both Fortune 500 and smaller customers in a variety of industries. To date, Huron has committed $37 million in equity to its TouchPoint platform and is focused on building a full-service document management and commercial print business providing customers with solutions in web-based, sheet-fed and digital printing media.

Mr. Tom Simunek, CEO of TouchPoint, stated, "The addition of CCI to the TouchPoint platform significantly enhances our document management and digital printing capabilities within the Midwest region of the country. Additionally, CCI provides us with access to new customers in the Western United States through its Tempe, AZ operations. CCI's industry leading customer interface technology and operating systems are scalable throughout all TouchPoint companies and will provide a significant value-added service offering for all of TouchPoint's customers."

Peter E. Mogk, a Partner at Huron, added, "We are very excited to add CCI to the TouchPoint family of companies. With the acquisition of CCI, TouchPoint now has a dominant presence in the digital document management space in the upper Midwest and is well-positioned for continued growth. We continue to execute our "Buy & Build" strategy and are creating an entity with multi-disciplinary print capabilities. Our market strategy is to provide customers a comprehensive array of commercial printing capabilities in the sheet-fed, web and digital print markets. The addition of CCI is an important step forward in achieving this strategy."

Since forming TouchPoint in July 2007 with its operating partners Tom Simunek and Bob Cronin, Huron has completed four acquisitions, growing revenue to over $100 million.
