BURLINGTON, Mass. USA -- StreamServe, Inc., a leading provider of business communication solutions, today announced that it made tremendous achievements within the last year and continues to build up momentum in 2009 in terms of new sales, expanded partnerships and overall success of its business. Despite the weakened global economic conditions, StreamServe is finding that businesses are further realizing the true cost-savings potential of its dynamic document composition, document process automation and enterprise output management solutions.
StreamServe beat expectations in Q4 2008 by achieving the company's highest level of quarterly license revenue ever. Major global businesses including Emdeon, Media Logistics, Santander Consumer Bank, SourceGas and Telenor are examples of the businesses who chose to deploy StreamServe's solutions either directly or as part of an integrated solution with one of StreamServe's growing list of strategic partners.
StreamServe further strengthened its relationships with its strategic partners: Adobe Systems, IBM, InfoPrint Solutions Company, Lawson, and SAP. In addition, StreamServe recently announced over 20 new consulting partners, integrators and resellers around the world, further positioning the company for rapid growth throughout North America, Europe, South Africa and the Asia Pacific region. To support all of these new and existing partners, StreamServe unveiled a Partner Portal, which promotes communication, dialogue and informational exchange within the StreamServe community.
Over the last twelve months, StreamServe has increased its market presence, adding new business development positions in North America and the Asia Pacific and Benelux regions, and has expanded its Marketing staff in North America and Germany to increase brand awareness. It has also launched new applications for its award-winning Persuasion platform, such as StreamServe Composition Center and e-Invoice Center.
"We are quite pleased at the rate in which StreamServe has grown in the past year," commented Dennis Ladd, StreamServe's president and CEO. "Much of this success can be credited to our strategic partners and to StreamServe's talented staff, which brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and support to our customers. Despite the current economic conditions, we look forward to further increasing our momentum in our global markets, as we meet the growing demands of the enterprise document automation market."
More and more, global businesses are recognizing the measurable return on investment they can achieve through StreamServe's solutions. By leveraging existing ERP, CRM and content management infrastructure that already exists within the enterprise, StreamServe Persuasion offers businesses an easy way to improve customer communications through the delivery of highly-personalized documents and invoices in either paper or electronic format. In addition, businesses are finding our solutions reduce resources, such as paper, ink and electricity – enabling them to make their operations more sustainable to our environment and more attractive to their business prospects.
