Andover, Massachusetts (October 21, 2008) - Standard will showcase its newest desktop thermal tape binding system, the AccuBindPro2 at Graph Expo in Chicago, October 26-29, 2008 in booth #2246. The AccuBindPro2 marks the latest entry in Standard's expanding line of powerful and productive desktop document binding systems.
According to Standard executive vice president David Reny, the AccuBindPro2 is distinguished by superior binding strength, flexibility, speed and attractive linen-textured thermal binding strips. The system is ideally suited to quick print and in-plant environments looking to professionalize document appearance.
The AccuBindPro2 incorporates an advanced binding strip feed system, LED indicator lamps, and a new energy-saving stand-by mode. In just 18 to 20 seconds, the AccuBindPro2 produces a flexible "lay-flat" style 8.5" x 11" professionally-bound book with push-button simplicity. The system features speeds of up to 200 bindings per hour and a document thickness of up to 1.25", or approximately 325 sheets. The binding strips are available in various widths and a wide spectrum of colors to meet a diverse range of document applications.
