EFI Desktop Pro 2.0 is bundled with every SendMe and provides professional-level desktop document management and conversion. EFI Desktop Pro 2.0 leverages the power of the award-winning Nuance PaperPort Pro and OmniPage applications to deliver desktop scanning, document management, and character recognition technology.
 
With this version, the solution has nearly 80 connectivity modules, developed and fully supported by EFI, to enable interoperability with top third-party document management, cost recovery, and fax-imaging software packages. For organizations that need a custom workflow, SendMe's NetConnect ODBC delivers meta-data retrieval and output, and maps the database directly to SendMe data entry screens, significantly streamlining the workflow for users.
