Positive Results At All In Print China 2008

(December 02, 2008) The recent staging of All in Print China 2008, China International Exhibition for All Printing Technology and Equipment, closed to positive results in Shanghai: 43,402 trade visitors from 80 countries and regions and 652 domestic and international exhibitors from the prepress, printing, post-press and packaging sectors took part. With 742,700 square feet of exhibit space, All in Print China 2008 was the largest printing trade fair in China this year.
 
   The event was organized by Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd., the Printing Technology Association of China and the China Academy of Printing Technology - with the support of the Shanghai Printing Trade Association, the Printing Technology Association of China and Keyin Print Media China.
 
  The majority of the exhibitors were pleased with the results of All in Print China 2008, especially with the visitor participation. Attendees from outside of China mainly came from Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Iran, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition, more than 40 national and international visitor groups attended the four-day event. The strong visitor participation demonstrated the significant influence of All in Print China as well as the market potentials of the Chinese printing industry, even during the global financial crisis.
 
  All in Print China 2008 featured the latest products and technologies. In the Printing Automation Zone within the international prepress equipment hall, Canon was present with its brand new image PRESS C6000 (a middle end product for chromatic digital printer); HP unveiled four printing solutions including traditional printing, image printing, label printing and publication printing; Fuji Xerox showed the leading six digital chromatic and black and white printing systems in the industry; Founder Group showcased its CTP DL 8500 family and digital ink jet printers, including EagleJet L1000 and EagleJet H300. In the international printing equipment hall, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries displayed the DIAMOND V3000 series products; United Printing Equipment & Material Corporation cooperated with Mark Andy to release the Mark Andy 2200 full-server no axis model, VSR 300 completely integrated operation flow and assembled AVT on-line examining system. The country group exhibits from Germany, Korea, Italy and Taiwan added more highlights in the international hall.
 
  In the domestic hall, Shanghai Electric Printing & Packaging Machinery Group exhibited its printing equipment including multicolor offset press and die-cutting machinery; Beiren Group Corporation launched the BEIREN300A, the updated model of BEIREN300; Shanghai XinMin TaiYo KiKai Co., Ltd. showed the TLM-330 and TLC-250. In the Ink Zone, the renowned Toyo Ink Co. Ltd., DIG and Jinan CROWN Ink Co., Ltd. collectively showcased environment-friendly ink, anti-forgery ink, electronic ink and ink nanometer technology.
 
   A special feature at All in Print China 2008 was the "Innovative Printing in Future" Special Showcase which included the Beijing Olympic printing selections, the 2008 "Keyin Print Cup" digital printing awards, the drupa 2008 digital printing selections and the DM printing selections.
 
  Over 50 events with various themes were held during All in Print China 2008, such as the Global Printing Summit Forum 2008, the Award Ceremony of the First China Printing Industry Occupational Skill Competition, the 2008 Taiyo Cup Label Printing Awards, the 2008 Keyin Cup Digital Printing Awards, the "Digital Printing in China" Technology Summit Forum, the Printing Industry Future Analysis 2008 and the China DM Forum.
