CGS North America Celebrates 10th Anniversary

Press release from the issuing company

HAINBURG (Germany)/ MINNEAPOLIS (MN), November 11, 2008 – CGS North America founded by Trevor Haworth in 1998 celebrated its 10th anniversary at GraphExpo. In the past 10 years CGS US has grown from a one person company to more than 15 people with a 30% + share of the inkjet color proofing and color management market. The list of CGS customers includes some of the largest and most successful printers, publishers, ad agencies, corporations and retailers in North America.

Trevor Haworth, CEO of CGS Publishing Technologies, commenting on GraphExpo and the company's anniversary stated, "In spite of the current economic conditions, GraphExpo has been a success for CGS. We have exceeded all our objectives for the show. Our sales success at the show fully supports the positioning of ORIS products which provide workflow efficiency, lower consumption of proofing media and ink, shorter press roll up and lower waste in the pressroom.

The past 10 years have passed quickly. When I started the company in Minneapolis I was the only employee. We have grown by leaps and bounds. Year on year growth has averaged 30%. Today we have representations throughout the territory with offices in Minneapolis, Toronto and Mexico City. Our outlook for the coming years are to continue to provide the highest quality color solutions to our current and future customers. We are expanding into the newspaper, digital print and wide format markets."
