Design for Personalized Communication Conference to Debut at Graphics of the Americas

Miami Beach, Florida–August 13, 2007– Graphics of the Americas, the second largest U.S.-based annual international graphic communications exhibit and conference, today announced the debut of the Design for Personalized Communication Conference, in conjunction with Graphics of the Americas, February 27 through March 1, 2008, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Led by noted industry consultant and analyst Steven Schnoll, the full day conference will feature sessions on removing the variable selling barriers, review of technology tools, building the right business model, strategic and tactical design considerations, creating a variable sales and marketing plan and managing the additional value added services required for personalized promotional campaigns.
“The combination of current applications and emerging technology has the potential to create tremendous revenue opportunities for savvy graphic communication companies,” said George Ryan, president and CEO of the Printing Association of Florida and event organizer for Graphics of the Americas. “The Design for Personalized Communications Conference will explore these opportunities, providing attendees with a rewarding educational experience, as well as guidance for growing their businesses.”
Steven Schnoll is the managing director in the consulting firm of Schnoll Media Consulting. The firm specializes in assisting organizations understand the emerging ideas, trends and technologies that are changing the face of the new information age. SMC assists organizations on launching successful relevant marketing campaigns, while Schnoll personally focuses on effective information technology management methods that consistently deliver relevant and timely content. He is also an ardent student of how successful companies attain excellence in a rapidly changing media environment.
He lectures extensively across the country and is a prolific author on an assorted range of graphic communication topics. He has a BA degree from The George Washington University and  an MBA from Rutgers University.
The Design for Personalized Communications Conference is scheduled for Friday, February 29, 2008, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Pricing for the conference will be $395 for the full day conference or ala carte at $75 per session. The conference is intended for advertising agency staff, marketing specialists, graphic designers, digital printing professionals, printers, and pre-press technicians.
