Mr. Michael Brigner, Corporate Vice President, Operations and Acquisitions, Visual Edge Technology Inc. has announced the formation of Visual Edge of Ohio and Mr. Brian Frank has been selected to be its President.  With an impressive 26-year history with Graphic Enterprises Inc., Mr. Frank has assembled a management team of veteran employees and industry professionals to assist in leading Visual Edge of Ohio.
Visual Edge of Ohio is headquartered in North Canton, Ohio and is focused on providing strategic direction and operational support to office solutions operating companies that have been acquired by Visual Edge Technology.  Currently, that consists of two well-known businesses, Graphic Enterprises Office Solutions, Inc. and Copeco, Inc.   As longtime leaders in the office equipment industry, Graphic Enterprises and Copeco provide Northeastern Ohio businesses with an award-winning combination of highly efficient office solutions, supplies and services.
