August 1, 2007 (Fairfield, CT) - JJ Bender, the world’s largest buyer and seller of previously owned digital production equipment, is pleased to announce the consolidation of our parts and supplies division with our equipment division.  As of today, all orders will be placed at the company’s corporate office located in Fairfield, Connecticut.
“We see this consolidation as an opportunity to better serve our customers and vendors by providing the same products and fine service on which we have built our reputation in the industry,” stated Jeffrey J. Bender, President of JJ Bender LLC.
JJ Bender’s parts and supplies division will now be lead by Mandy Buckley.  Ms. Buckley joined JJ Bender in October of 2005 as Junior Associate.  In this capacity, she was a front line customer service representative and formalized the JJ Bender Internship Program.  Under the program, Mandy has supervised and developed numerous interns work and assisted in their university’s internship programs.  Ms. Buckley also played a role in the development of JJ Bender’s Customer Anniversary Program, a great asset to the company in keeping in contact with all customers.
“We are very pleased that Mandy is bringing her considerable customer service experience and inventiveness to our parts and supplies division,” stated Mr. Bender.  “Her understanding of the operations will positively help us grow as a business drastically.”
Ms. Buckley looks forward to streamlining JJ Bender’s parts and supplies division, making it a more customer oriented process.  Mandy says the parts and supplies division will continue in providing its core products, which include Xerox iGen3 and DocuTech toner and all Xerox parts.
