Xplor Names Chairman's Award Recipient for 2008

Lutz, FL-March 4, 2008– Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced the recipient of their Chairman's Award for 2008. Ken Leslie, EDP, president and founder of Strategic Search Consultants, has been selected to receive this year's award, presented annually to a person who, in the opinion of the Xplor chairman, has had a significant impact on furthering the Xplor mission. The award will be presented at the opening ceremony on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the Xplor Document University, Global Conference and Exhibition in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ken Leslie is the founder and president of Strategic Search Consultants, an executive search firm focused exclusively on the Electronic Document Industry and based in Toledo, Ohio. As a boutique search firm, Strategic Search Consultants has helped build some of the industry's best companies, focusing on acquisition of top talent and career management. As a result, Ken has become the preeminent expert in recruiting and staffing in the Electronic Document industry. Ken is also a frequent speaker in the industry, at both at regional and global conferences, speaking on employee retention, career management, screening and interviewing processes for companies.

As an active member of his community, Ken is the founder of 1Matters.org and the Homeless Awareness Project Tent City in Toledo, attended last year by singer John Mellencamp. Ken is also an Emmy award winning television producer. Prior to executive recruiting, he spent six years on the road as a professional standup comedian.
