Konica Minolta to Debut bizhub PRO 2500P at ON DEMAND

Ramsey, N.J. – March 4, 2008 – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies today unveiled the bizhub PRO 2500P at the 2008 ON DEMAND Conference and Exposition. The bizhub PRO 2500P is the first in a series of engines marketed by Konica Minolta to address heavy production print requirements in both the in plant and commercial printing markets. The new single pass duplex cut-sheet printers bring a new level of performance and value along with the productivity to meet the challenges of today's highly competitive print markets.

Based on revolutionary single-pass duplexing technology, the bizhub PRO 2500P will deliver superior speed, offset-class quality, higher productivity and dependability to mission critical print environments. The bizhub PRO 2500P will feature a monthly duty cycle up to 8,000,000 impressions; and with maximum configuration, the system will support up to 13,800 sheets, including letter, legal oversized and custom-sized media. The bizhub PRO 2500P will be capable of 250-letter, 160-legal and 132-ledger-size images per minute.

The bizhub PRO 2500P will become available in the summer of 2008.
