Kodak's One Magazine and Printambassador.com Earn Top Awards from the League of American Communications Professionals

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Nov. 15 -Kodak programs that promote the power of print are receiving more honors for communications excellence. One magazine, a quarterly customer publication from Kodak's Graphic Communications Group (GCG), and www.printambassador.com, the GCG's new website about the value of print, earned top honors in their categories from the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) in its 2007 Spotlight Awards, an international print, video and web competition.
One magazine won a Gold Award in the Print: Magazine/Newsletter category, ranking at 35 out of the total 904 entries in the competition. Printambassador.com won a Bronze Award in the Web: Web/Intranet Site category, coming in at 36 out of 904 entries.

Printambassador.com, launched by Kodak in July 2007, is dedicated to promoting the many uses and benefits of print. The informative and interactive website provides visitors with market research, customer testimonials, return on investment studies, examples of highly successful print campaigns, and a list of print industry events.
One magazine, now in its second full year of publication, is a full color magazine designed for Kodak customers and other leaders in the fields of printing, publishing, packaging, marketing, communications and design. Case histories and byline articles in One focus on challenges that printers face and the strategies they are using to win in their marketplaces. The 2007 Spotlight Awards were judged by a field of communications professionals affiliated with LACP. The competition categories include print, video, and web. Scoring is completed using a 100 point system, covering various criteria of the entry including first impression, narrative content quality, visual content quality, message clarity, and message relevance.
