ICS Adds Vicki Blake for Business Development

Press release from the issuing company

NEW YORK, N.Y. (May 10, 2007) -- Integrated Color Solutions (ICS), the leader in virtual proofing, has announced the appointment of graphic arts industry veteran Vicki Blake as vice president of business development. In expanding its management team, Blake will be responsible in assisting in the global adoption and implementation of virtual proofing within the graphic arts and packaging industry. Blake comes to ICS with extensive experience in graphic arts workflows and PDF. Most recently with Enfocus Software as director of business development, she managed OEM relationships and key customer accounts and served on the strategic product management team. She is also a frequent face and speaker at industry events and helped integrate North American industry organizations into the Ghent PDF Workgroup, enabling it to evolve from a European initiative into a worldwide effort. In 2006, she was elected to serve as the executive director of that group. "Vicki brings a unique combination of experiences and insight in the graphic arts industry that will enhance ICS' position in this important market," says Jeffery Silverman, ICS' president and CEO. "She also possesses a rare enthusiasm for forging new relationships and will be educating her colleagues on the advantages of virtual proofing and we're proud to have her on board." Prior to joining Enfocus in 1999, Blake worked for the former BARCO Graphics (now Esko Graphics), acting in various roles managing marketing/sales/technical support groups, as national accounts sales manager and, ultimately, marketing manager, responsible for all aspects of BARCO's marketing efforts in North America. She led her teams in many product launches and new market development efforts. "I'm very excited to be working with the impressive technology offered by ICS and feel privileged to join the great group of people bringing it to market," says Blake. "I'm looking forward to taking on this new challenge and being a part of the energy and excitement." Vicki will continue to be based in Ohio, working closely with the teams in both New York City and Carlsbad, Calif. She can be reached at [email protected].
