Rapid Solutions Group Names Thomas Ferber Vice President of Digital Operations

NEW YORK--Feb. 5, 2007-- Rapid Solutions Group today announced the appointment of Thomas Ferber as Vice President of Digital Operations. In this position Ferber will manage the firm's digital production facilities in New York, California, Illinois and Missouri.

Ferber comes to Rapid Solutions Group from the client side of the business, giving him a unique perspective and understanding of the challenges companies face in the marketplace. He will utilize his extensive industry knowledge to develop and provide innovative solutions to clients and build upon past successes.
In addition to his digital production role, Ferber will be responsible for implementing the company's state-of-the-art Variable Data Publishing (VDP) technology. The VDP system was designed to increase capacity and reduce operational costs while providing customers with quick turn-around times, speed of delivery and business continuity protection.

Prior to joining Rapid Solutions Group Ferber spent 15 years with Dreyfus Service Corporation, a leading financial services company. He held a number of positions with Dreyfus including six years as a Senior Vice President. Ferber also managed several branches, oversaw the development of the company's web site, and most recently managed the company's printing and fulfillment operations. He is a Certified Financial Planner and earned an M.B.A. in banking and finance from Hofstra University. He is a graduate of SUNY Albany, where he earned a bachelor's degree in economics.
