Rolling Meadows, IL, January 10, 2007-Komori America Corporation, a premier manufacturer of sheetfed and web offset printing presses, today announced that Integrity Graphics, a full-service commercial printer that produces all types of marketing collateral materials for a broad-based clientele, has installed a 40” six-color Lithrone S40 perfector (LS640P) at its facility in Windsor, Connecticut. The cutting-edge technologies of the LS640P, including CIP4, closed-loop color and automated plate changing, allow Integrity Graphics to operate more efficiently and productively with improved color accuracy and print quality. Integrity Graphics reports that since installing the new press, running speed is up by 30 percent and makeready times have been cut in half. The LS640P is the company's third Komori press, replacing an older Heidelberg press. “We were looking for state-of-the-art, the latest and greatest in new technologies,” said Joe La Valla, who co-founded Integrity Graphics in 1988 as a prepress service provider. “We wanted to continue to enhance our production efficiency and have the ability to move our press crews from one press to another with ease.
