Semper International names Donna Parrish as Account Manager in Los Angeles area

Boston, MA - November 9, 2006 - Semper International, the leading placement firm for temporary help in the graphic arts and printing industry and an expert in the placement of direct hires, is pleased to announce the appointment of Donna Parrish as Account Manager in the companyís Los Angeles Office. In this role, Donna is responsible for pursuing temp and temp to hire opportunities in the Southern California area. She will also provide recruitment and placement services for executives in any print-related position, within both graphic arts organizations and vendors.
Donna joins Semper after spending many years as a successful independent contractor, working for a number of non-profit organizations, private industries and corporations in the Tempe, Arizona area. She focused on designing, planning and implementing numerous business and academic development programs, as well as helping to develop and organize training programs to successfully train new hires for different corporations. Donna facilitated the development of targeted marketing programs to increase the enrollment at the University of Phoenixówhere she holds BS degrees in both business management and marketing, and is currently working to complete her Masters degree. Her activities helped increase enrollment by 36%. She also built relationships between schools, communities and businesses resulting in sponsorships and donations, increasing the yearly academic budgets by 43% on average. Previously, Donna worked at Bank of America in accounting and collection roles.
