In addition, case study examples demonstrate how the methods in the book can be applied in the real world. As a result, attendees will be in position to make well-informed assessments and formulate document strategies that will make meaningful and beneficial improvements. “Over the years there has been a lot of talk about the importance of a document strategy, but until now, there hasn’t been a useful process to follow to design an effective document strategy, “said Kevin Craine, author and instructor. “ This course and the accompanying text, provides a process to follow that will guide meaningful assessments, targeted improvements and measurable outcomes.” Kevin Craine is author of the popular book, “Designing a Document Strategy.” In addition, Mr. Craine has over 25 years “in the trenches” managing large document services organizations in the health care, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries.
