Dunklee, formerly Director of eBusiness Solutions at HBP, Inc., a Maryland printing company, will guide Saepio customers through the implementation of Agilis Print Store and Agilis Marketing Suite applications. As a Product Implementation Director at Saepio, Dunklee notes his primary focus will be on customer satisfaction. “I research clients’ individual requirements for Agilis Print Store and the Agilis Marketing Suite, and then make sure those requirements are met or exceeded during the implementation phase,” Dunklee says. Additionally, he served for four years as president of the Graphic Users Association (formerly Creo Users Association), a high-end, pre-press digital group, as well as 2 additional years on the GUA Board of Directors.
