Quebec – October 12, 2006 – Dynagram, the provider of the widest range of imposition solutions, announced today DynaStrip 5.0, the new version of the company’s flagship product. DynaStrip 5.0 now features intelligent marks that allow customers to group marks into sets, using individual mark profiles. Mark sets can be applied to a specific sheet or layout within DynaStrip’s light table interface, using the DynaMo Quick Layout method or when importing JDF from systems upstream in the workflow. Marks can be completely adapted to any type of job and output device, and mark sets can be grouped in a multitude of combinations for greater flexibility. DynaStrip 5.0 customers will also benefit from advanced JDF capabilities. Boasting support for an even wider range of MIS systems, DynaStrip 5.0 imports JDF instructions from an MIS, processes the layout creation, and automatically sends the enhanced JDF back to the MIS to be processed downstream in the workflow.
