LAKE IMAGE Releases TextMatch IQ for Name to Name Mail Piece Matching
Press release from the issuing company
(Henrietta, NY) LAKE IMAGE SYSTEMS has expanded its IntegraVision suite of mailing integrity solutions for transactional and direct mail processing applications with the release of TextMatch IQ. Offering significant new functionality, TextMatch IQ provides the solution for applications where the client is unable to add unique ID codes to documents for traditional machine matching, and must match multiple personalised inserts by existing text or elements of the name or address. TextMatch IQ will be demonstrated in Lake Image System's booth # 3278 at Graph Expo in Chicago (October 15 - 18).
"Name or address matching has been a request from our market place for many years," stated Pat Hoskins, VP Sales & Marketing at Lake Image Systems, Inc. "However, until now it has simply been too inconsistent to achieve reliable productivity. With this new capability, developed for our IntegraVision platform, our clients can now offer enhanced matching capabilities, giving them a competitive advantage without compromising their productivity and profitability. The ability to reliably read and match names instead of bar-codes and sequence numbers increases the personalized appearance of the mail pieces, increasing the likelihood that they will be read". TextMatch IQ can be utilized on all IntegraVision matching systems for stitchers, inserters, collators and plastic card attachers.
IntegraVision provides comprehensive data and document integrity verification on a wide range of printing and finishing equipment.
