Reilly, a partner in Compass Capital Partners, one of the leading financial advisory firms to the commercial printing and graphic communications industry, will be the guest speaker at Printing Industries of New England's annual Industry Awards Gala scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 9 just outside Boston in Needham, Mass. "Paul Reilly is one of the best known industry executives who came into the industry with a solid financial background," said PINE President Jim Tepper. Before joining Compass Capital Partners in 2005, Reilly served as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the Board of Directors of Cenveo, one of North America's leading printing firms. He joined Mail-Well Corp., the predecessor company of Cenveo, in 1995 as chief financial officer. During his 10 years at Mail-Well and Cenveo, he helped to grow the company from $17 million in annual sales to more than $2 billion in sales with more than 10,000 employees at 86 plants.
