September 21st, 2006 – Tom Bayer, previously a manager for commercial press installations for Goss International, has been promoted to district sales manager for Goss commercial web and print finishing products. He replaces N. Joseph Romain who will retire after 32 years of service. Bayer is covering states in the southeast U.S., including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. “Tom’s technical expertise and hands-on industry experience will make him a valuable asset to our customers,” explains Ed Young, vice president of sales for Goss International. “He and Joe have been working closely over the past several months to ensure a smooth transition.” Bayer joined Heidelberg Web Systems in 1998 as an electrical field service manager.
