Speaker Brings Customer Focus to NZ Print Conference

Chestnut Hill, MA – September 15, 2006 – Contributing to the theme of “Focus on the Future,” US print consultant and author Margie Dana will present her keynote speech, “How to Make It All About the Customer,” to the PrintNZ conference at the Wairakei Resort, Taupo, in New Zealand, on October 11th – 13th. Building on the success of the 2004 Challenge of Change conference, the 2006 Focus on the Future conference features four keynote sessions covering technological developments, environmental sustainability, customer communications and an analysis of the New Zealand economy. Three workshop tracks address technology and manufacturing trends, the printing business environment, and the interface of the industry with its customers. Dana’s keynote speaks to the need for a customer-centric approach and offers practical tactics for improving communications, building lasting relationships and increasing loyalty. In addition to her keynote, Dana will be a featured presenter in the “Customer Interface” workshop, leading a seminar discussion on “Print Buying Trends in the USA. Dana is a former corporate print buyer turned consultant. Author of the Print Tip of the Week email column, which is distributed world-wide, she is the founder and president of Boston Print Buyers, an association that provides networking and educational opportunities for professionals who work with the printing industry.
