October 30, 2007 - CHICAGO- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company announced today that Miles W. McHugh has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately and that Andrew B. Coxhead has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. McHugh follows RR Donnelley's President and Chief Executive Officer Thomas J. Quinlan III into the Chief Financial Officer's role.

Mr. McHugh has served as RR Donnelley's Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller since June 2006. Prior to that, he spent two years as Chief Financial Officer of RR Donnelley Logistics. He began his RR Donnelley career in 2003 as Assistant Controller. Mr. McHugh has served as Controller for DPL, Inc., parent company of The Dayton Power and Light Company and in a variety of senior accounting roles, including Assistant Controller, for Mirant Corporation. He began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse. Mr. McHugh was graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago, and is a certified public accountant.
Mr. Coxhead, who joined RR Donnelley in 1995, became Vice President and Assistant Controller in 2006 after serving in a series of assignments in financial planning, accounting, operational finance and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Coxhead was graduated with a bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago, and is a certified public accountant.
