CUNA Mutual Selects Pitney Bowes to Streamline Mail and Imaging Operations

STAMFORD, Conn., Aug. 9 -- Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. has been selected by CUNA Mutual Group to help streamline their mailstream operations by providing mail and imaging services for the company's Waverly, Iowa operations. Pitney Bowes will provide inbound mail, document capture and data capture services, including incoming mail receipt, document scanning, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) correction, and document indexing and management. With these mailstream solutions and services, Pitney Bowes will enable CUNA Mutual, which currently manages its mail and document processing operations in eight disparate geographic locations, to streamline these services into one consolidated operation, based in Waverly.
