STAMFORD, Conn.--July 17, 2006-- Xerox Corporation's Board of Directors elected Timothy MacCarrick to the additional post of corporate vice president. As vice president of finance for Xerox North America, MacCarrick provides financial leadership and strategic support for Xerox's sales channels throughout the U.S. and Canada. He was named to this position earlier this month.
For the past three years, MacCarrick has served as the chief financial officer for Xerox Europe, responsible for the company's finance, customer administration and internal control activities for 16 European countries. Prior to this position, he was assistant treasurer of Xerox.
MacCarrick, 40, joined Xerox in 1985 as a financial analyst. In addition to finance positions supporting field operations and various corporate activities, he has served as the director of Xerox's global customer financing unit, and head of finance for Xerox's graphic arts industry business.
MacCarrick is a graduate of Clarkson University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.
