Ghent, Belgium – June 19, 2006 – Artwork Systems Group N.V., a world leader in professional pre-press software, announces good results at Expoprint Latin America 2006. The exhibition took place in São Paulo, Brazil, from May 31 to June 6, 2006, and was the most important pre-press, printing and converting exhibition in the Mercosur countries this year. During the exhibition, order intake amounted to more than $200,000 USD. It was also the occasion to officially launch Odystar in the South American market. This was a success as two orders for Odystar systems were immediately taken from Brazilian commercial printers. The other orders were for ArtPro and Nexus systems from the existing product line. Clearly, productivity is very important in the South American markets. Quite a number of the companies can compete on a worldwide level in terms of technology used.”
