Perfect replacements for Segment 2 and 3 monochrome and color products, with output speeds of 35 pages per minute (ppm) and 30 ppm, respectively, the bizhub C352, C352P, and C300 enable small- to medium-sized office departments and workgroups, as well as color-centric environments, to communicate with greater force through high-quality, high-impact documents. The versatile and affordable bizhub C352, C352P and C300 come standard with: the bizhub OP Architecture, featuring the Emperon T Print System and its PS3 and PCL6 (emulations) printing capabilities; 100,000 page-per-month maximum duty cycle for the C352 and C352P and 90,000 page-per-month maximum duty cycle for the C300; advanced security for the hard drive, printing and access control; auto-duplexing for up to 140 lb.-index stock; Konica Minolta Simitri Color Polymerized Toner; and the PageScope T software suite for network management power. The three major components of bizhub OP are the bizhub Architecture, the Emperon Print System and bizhub Open API. The bizhub Architecture removes the need for separate functional boards through the utilization of common system software. The architecture also eliminates hardware-based functions, and shares the device's CPU and memory for a seamless user experience. The bizhub C352, C352P and C300 offer standard PS3 and PCL6 (emulations) printing via the Emperon Print System. The unique Emperon Print System allows for full control of the devices' printing and finishing options, and provides for total integration of document output management with a simple, intuitive user interface. In addition with bizhub OP, the bizhub C352 and C300 are able to scan documents at up to 65 originals per minute (opm) - 50 opm in color. These devices also come equipped with Scan-to-SMB (Desktop), Scan-to-Email, Scan-to-HDD (User Box), Scan-to-FTP, and TWAIN scanning functionality - all at up to 600 dpi resolution - right out of the box. Enhanced Imaging and Paper Handling Featuring 256 levels of grayscale per pixel and 600 x 1800 dpi enhanced print resolution, the bizhub C352, C352P and C300 produce clear text, sharp edges and consistent color. The bizhub C352, C352P and C300 utilize Konica Minolta Simitri Color Polymerized Toner, which maintains the uniformity of the toner particles for more even distribution, significantly better halftone definition and better solid fills. The bizhub C352, C352P and C300 come standard with the latest top-quality security capabilities, which are currently under evaluation for ISO 15408 Level 3 certification, including: Job Erase, for meeting DoD 5220.220 regulations and NAVSO P-5239-26 standards; Account Track; User Authentication; Password Protection; IP Address Filtering; and Secure Print. For advanced security needs, Scan Encryption for PDF files and HDD Sanitizing are also included. With HDD Sanitizing, the HDD is overwritten with random values prior to movement or disposal. The optional fax functionality includes: transmissions in B&W, JBIG data compression, up to 600 x 600 fax TX resolution, up to 2,000 multi-address locations, broadcasting, program dialing, and a second phone line for increased fax input/output capacity. The bizhub C352 and C300 also support the IC-406 Fiery Image Controller (inclusive of the latest Fiery architecture - Fiery System 8e), making them a great fit for color output environments that have the need for color matching, queue management, color calibration, and more control over the color generated by these devices, such as businesses that specialize in graphic arts and marketing/advertising.
