Ideal for busy workgroup environments, these MFPs are compact and can easily function as tabletop or console devices. The im2330 and the im2830 at 23 and 28 ppm can be loaded with up to 3,700 sheets of paper and utilize a simple touch screen display with one touch scanning and faxing to keep productivity levels at optimum levels. With the newly designed document handler, the devices are able to scan up to 100 sheets at 50 opm and have the ability to perform all their functions simultaneously. Security options provide the flexibility to apply the appropriate security level desired for access and control or to safeguard sensitive information. Standard proprietary compression technology offers high data security making it impossible to extract information even if the hard drive is removed. The optional Data Overwrite Kit will erase all data stored on the Hard Drive, while the optional Scrambler Board encrypts hard drive data for stored documents offering the next level for businesses dealing with sensitive information.
