Exstream Software Partners with The Williams McBride Group to Initiate its New Program for Marketing Design Firms

Press release from the issuing company

May 4, 2006—www.exstream.com -- Exstream Software, Inc. announced today it has entered into a partnership agreement with The Williams McBride Group (WMG), a design firm with offices in Lexington and Louisville, KY focused on providing strategic planning, design and management of visual print and electronic communications for clients ranging from healthcare and manufacturing to technology and academia. With minimal software investment, Williams McBride will use Dialogue to design fully personalized marketing materials for its clients—including the ability to import Quark? designs into Dialogue to make them variable, as well as export the designs to make changes. As Exstream's design firm for six years, WMG has seen first hand the benefit of using Dialogue to improve customer response by as much as 30 percent—using Dialogue to design all of Exstream's fully personalized direct marketing materials, conference brochures, holiday cards, and more, customized according to company, industry, gender, geography and audience type. The ability to create high quality variable marketing communications as part of its service offering for other clients will expand WMG's business opportunities and differentiate them in the marketplace. The agreement with WMG is integral to Exstream's ongoing pursuit of business partners that can benefit by using Dialogue to provide more effective communications for their clients. For a nominal investment, design firms can take advantage of this unique program to capitalize on Dialogue's proven capabilities to enter the variable data print (VDP) arena for designing highly targeted marketing communications that build stronger customer relationships and increase response rates for clients. The program also includes training and ongoing software support. “This partnership agreement enables us as a small business to tap into technology usually reserved for larger companies,” said Kim McBride, principal and co-owner of Williams McBride. “It provides us with a tangible service offering using a proven solution we can sell as an extension of our creative services. We are looking forward to the opportunity it brings.” “Williams McBride is a cutting-edge design firm that understands the benefits of one-to-one marketing and the importance of proactively offering clients the opportunity to achieve a greater return on their marketing investment,” said Kelley Sloane, vice president of marketing at Exstream. “We are excited about this unique program for design firms and look forward to partnering with more companies like Williams McBride to support this market-differentiating trend.” For more information on this unique program, visit Exstream in booth #605 at the 2006 HOW Conference, June 12-15 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas.
