Belgium's Leading Human Resources Management Firm Reports High Satisfaction With Exstream Software's Dialogue

Press release from the issuing company

March 22, 2005 -- Exstream Software, Inc. today announced positive reports from SD WORX—Belgium's leading human resource management firm, employing over 1,200 people in over nineteen offices throughout the country and internationally. In operation for over 60 years, the company helps firms with the design and implementation of personnel administration and HR policies. Since implementing Exstream’s Dialogue enterprise personalization software SD WORX has slashed computer processing time to a few seconds and has the opportunity to significantly reduce costs across its operations. Ultimately, SD WORX intends to produce over 600,000 payslips a month using Dialogue. SD WORX needed a solution that offered the most flexibility and speed to market for design through delivery of high-volume, complex documents. Dialogue met these needs and others, allowing the company to develop fully personalized document applications of all types. SD WORX first considered Dialogue when one of its clients asked for a completely re-designed statement, which would have been impossible to produce using their previous system. The firm is now looking to use Dialogue for 90 percent of its document applications. "We chose Exstream to be a future partner in developing the company," said Philippe Van Nieuwenborgh, system engineer at SD WORX. "It really impressed us that within seconds, hundreds of thousands of complex variable documents could be bar-coded, sorted and bundled. Dialogue is so much faster than anything else we've used." SD WORX started using Dialogue for payslips and statements, but is now converting more and more applications to the technology. Because Dialogue is so user friendly, it is now possible for the company's marketing departments to design documents to their own specifications, without worrying about technical requirements. Using Dialogue, SD WORX is changing its customer communications so that all documents have the same look and feel in order to build its brand and strengthen customer relationships. As a new service for its customers, SD WORX plans to go live with a new Dialogue application at the end of the year that will create PDFs for online viewing over the Internet. Further, SD WORX will increase application consolidation for its clients, allowing them to choose the documents they want to receive, at their own specified time, by post or electronically. "It is exciting to work with a company like SD WORX. The company has embraced Dialogue's breadth of functionality and is passing along the benefits to its clients," said Jean-Jacques Joly, managing director of Exstream France & Southern Europe. "We look forward to continuing our partnership with SD WORX, and being part of the company's future success."
