Berlin, March 15, 2006 Personalized images generated with DirectSmile 3.0 software can now be produced with all available digital presses. This includes Canon, HP Indigo, Konica Minolta, NexPress and Océ as well as Xeikon and Xerox presses. To print image personalized DirectSmile pieces digital printers can use output formats PPML, JLYT or PDF. Even the production of personalized images in poster size on large format printers is possible. In addition to digital printing, DirectSmile enables the output of image personalized designs in digital media such as e-mails, websites or MMS.
With the new DirectSmile Version 3.0, users can choose from a great variety of optimized output drivers for their individual needs and new modules for cross media tasks such as personal URLs and e-mailing-tool.
For production of image personalized print pieces the user also benefits from the full scalability of a DirectSmile system.
