RR Donnelley Awarded $70 Million Multi-Year Johnson Publishing Company, Inc. Contract Extension

CHICAGO, Feb. 21 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company has been awarded a multi-year contract extension to provide all of the magazine printing, paper and logistics services; as well as components of the prepress needs for the Johnson Publishing Company's "world renowned" EBONY and JET magazines. Johnson Publishing Company, Inc., is the world's largest African American-owned publishing company. EBONY magazine, the No. 1 magazine for African-Americans, is published monthly and reaches over 12 million readers with each issue. JET, with a 10 million weekly readership, provides complete news coverage on African Americans in the United States and all over the world by giving African-Americans a national weekly magazine, from an African-American perspective, in a convenient, efficient pocket-size form. The projected term value of this agreement exceeds $70 million.
