CHICAGO, Feb. 16 -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company and Verizon Directories Corp. have extended a multi-year agreement pursuant to which RR Donnelley will now print 100 percent of Verizon Directories Corp.'s directories for North America. The deal expands the current relationship of the companies to include the work produced in Verizon's Los Angeles, Calif. and Des Plaines, Ill. facilities. Mark A.
