Workflow Management Names Leadership Team

GREENWICH, CT, February 2, 2006 — Mr. Greg Mosher, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Workflow Management, Inc., (parent company of WorkflowOne, Relizon, Freedom Graphics Services and United Envelope), today named Workflow’s senior management team. Mike Zawalski has rejoined the Workflow Management team as President and Chief Operating Officer. In Addition, Ed Larkin has joined the Workflow Management team as Senior Vice President of Business Development. They will report directly to Greg Mosher, Chairman and CEO of Workflow Management, Inc. Mr. Zawalski will be responsible for overseeing WorkflowOne and Relizon operations, while Mr. Larkin will be in charge of Workflow Management’s strategic growth plans, including mergers and acquisitions. With the company’s senior leadership in place, including WorkflowOne, Relizon, Freedom Graphics Services and United Envelope, the combined entity represents one of North America’s largest end-to-end supply chain and logistics powerhouses serving the communications, fulfillment, logistics and process improvement needs of large, medium and small companies. The company’s revenue is expected to exceed $1.2 billion with a portfolio of products and services ranging from full-service print and promotional products to envelope, business process solutions, billing and direct mail services. With the company’s focus on the delivery of service-oriented, cost-effective solutions that clients and prospects value in their business acceleration efforts, Workflow Management will develop a dominant position within the document and business process outsourcing market. “Together, Mike and Ed bring over 50 years of combined business experience to Workflow Management and have been CEO, COO and CFOs in previous positions. They have broad expertise in driving new growth, restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures, financial management and management team revitalization,” said Greg Mosher, Chairman and CEO of Workflow Management, Inc. “I have long considered both of them trusted advisors and look forward to having them on my staff.” Prior to Workflow, Mr. Zawalski was most recently Group President at Gores Technology Group, a leading private equity firm, responsible for due diligence and managing portfolio companies in North America. Prior to Gores, Zawalski held senior executive positions at Mail-Well, Inc., Ryder, The Coleman Company, Quaker Oats, Heller Financial and Arthur Anderson. Zawalski has a Master’s Degree in management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business administration at Illinois State University and is a CPA. Prior to joining Workflow Management, Inc. Mr. Larkin was CFO and Angel Investor for Big Screen Digital LLC, a 2nd generation high-definition Digital Theatre Network start-up where he was responsible for managing Big Screen’s fund raising activities. Prior to Big Screen Digital, Larkin held senior positions in finance, sales, operations, mergers & acquisitions and strategic planning at Renaissance Mark Holdings Corp, ManagedStorage International, ITC mediaConferencing and Penwest. He is also a CPA and has held positions with two of the “Big Four” international public accounting firms. In addition, reporting to Mr. Mosher, will be Paul Bogutsky who will continue as CFO over the combined enterprise, Jeff Rotenberg as President of Freedom Graphics Services and Rodney Hedeen who will continue to lead the transition team whose focus is on identifying company wide best practices and implementing them across the organization. Tim Schriner, current President of Relizon United States, has taken on the new and expanded position of President of WorkflowOne and Relizon’s domestic business, while Mohamed Yacoub, current President of Relizon Canada, will continue to lead the Canadian business unit as President. In addition, Ken Bernstein will continue as President of United Envelope. All three business leaders will report directly to Mike Zawalski. The announcement comes shortly after the completion of the acquisition of The Relizon Company creating a $1.2 billion industry powerhouse with 5,000 employees and 32,000 clients.
