BOWE BELL + HOWELL receives Training magazine honors for fourth year

Wheeling, Ill., Jan. 17, 2006 – BOWE BELL + HOWELL, a leading provider of document processing and postal solutions, has received the Training magazine Top 100 award for a fourth year. Training magazine presents this annual award to 100 companies who invest in quality programs for developing human capital. Rankings for the award will be announced at the Training 2006 Conference & Expo on March 5 in Orlando, Fla. The rankings will be determined by the scope of employee training and development programs. “Once again, we are very pleased to be named to the Training Top 100 and are proud to continue the tradition of training excellence for our associates,” said Cary Disney, BÖWE BELL + HOWELL manager of training and documentation. In the past year, the BÖWE BELL + HOWELL Corporate University expanded its programs to include non-technical training for both leaders and associates. The company launched its strategic leadership development curriculum, including basic leadership development, functional business training, and in-depth human and business skills modules. Other additions include Six Sigma training, enhanced new associate orientation, and Web-based lunchtime learning sessions focused on building business awareness for all associates.
