Press release from the issuing company

HUDSON, N.H., Nov. 2 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of environmentally responsible high tech digital imaging solutions for the graphic arts and laser imaging markets, today announced that it is making further organizational changes related to the consolidation of ABDick which was announced in August. Associated with this change, the company announced today that Susan A. McLaughlin, President of ABD International, North America and Senior Vice President of Presstek since January 2005, has resigned. As a result of the consolidation of ABDick's sales, service, and other operational functions with Presstek, the company will be dissolving the operations of ABD International, which was formed at the time the company acquired ABDick. Consequently, the company has accepted the resignation of ABD International's President, Susan A. McLaughlin. Going forward, all sales, service, and customer-facing operations, as well as Presstek Europe will report directly to Edward J. Marino, Presstek's President and Chief Executive Officer. Included in the organizational announcement are new titles for two of the North American leadership team. Mr. Emile Tabassi is appointed VP of Presstek North American Sales and Mr. Joe Musgrave is appointed VP of Presstek North American Service, respectively. Marino said, "Our intentions when we began the consolidation of ABDick's operations last August were to further Presstek's ability to create a powerful, unified organization; strengthen Presstek's organizational efficiency; and reduce operational costs. The steps taken today conform to those intentions. We remain committed to fully optimizing the business assets acquired with ABDick, and maximizing efficiencies for our company. In the process, our intent is to create the strongest sales, support and service delivery system in the industry." Marino continued, "In the relatively short time Sue has been with Presstek, her vision has helped shape our new organization. We will miss her and wish her the very best in her next endeavor."
