New Chief Operating Officer For DiMS! Organizing Print

Lichtenvoorde, The Netherlands – 26 October 2005 – DiMS! organizing print, a leading supplier of Management Information Solutions for the printing and packaging industry, announced today that it has named Martijn Kemperman Chief Operating Officer for the company’s worldwide operations. Already working for the company for over 12 years, he will be charged with the operational management of the organization.
“In his lengthy career at DiMS! organizing print, Martijn became a vital link to our organization. Combining his knowledge of IT, business process redesign and the graphic arts industry, he has managed to design and develop numerous business solutions, enabling our customers to greatly improve their productivity and efficiency. In addition, Martijn commands management skills that made us decide to further deploy his competency within the organization. We therefore recently decided for him to join the Board and become our COO,” said Tonnie Marneth, CEO, DiMS! organizing print.
After graduating with a degree in logistics and automation, Martijn joined DiMS! organizing print over 12 years ago. Applying his expertise to the printing industry, he helped numerous customers achieve optimal supply chain management. One of his first significant accomplishments was the implementation of a planning system for Sony Music Printing that enabled them to plan more than 600 jobs per day with almost no human intervention. Among his more recent achievements as a major player on the New Business Development Team are the foundation of the US headquarters and managing several of the world's largest integrated ERP implementations in the printing industry.
Elaborating on his previous position of Vice President, New Business – in addition to taking on the operational management of the organization – Martijn will still oversee software development and implementations for all new business.
