MISSION VIEJO, Calif., May 28, 2008-Franchise Services, Inc., parent company of the Sir Speedy and PIP Printing & Document Services printing franchise brands, recognized several PIP and Sir Speedy salespeople with sales achievement awards at the annual Sales Forum, recently held in Baltimore. Forty-five people received a Platinum Level Award and forty-six received a Gold Level Award.  Each award is based on total sales activity for the 2007 calendar year. More than 100 salespeople from across the country attended the event.

"I congratulate all of our gold and platinum award winners for their hard work and determination to succeed in their sales careers."
   
A highlight of the 2008 Sales Forum was the presentation of a first-time award-the Don F. Lowe Salesperson of the Year Award. Don F. Lowe is the chief executive officer of Franchise Services. The recipient of this award was Phillip Crum of Dallas, Texas. He was selected because of his demonstration of professionalism in his sales career, his support of the National Salesperson Program and participation in sales events, his customer service focus which brings credit to both his Sir Speedy franchise location and the Sir Speedy brand, and because he contributes to the success of others in the salesperson network.

In addition to being a ten-time top performer and a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club, Phillip has been a sales leader, a sales manager, a trainer, a mentor and a friend to many," continued Johns. "He is most deserving of this inaugural award."
   
The annual Sales Forum event is open to all salespeople in the PIP and Sir Speedy National Sales Program, as well as franchise owners. The three-day event encompasses general sessions featuring both industry and motivational speakers, breakout sessions with specific tracks and an awards banquet. This year's speakers were Jeffrey Hayzlett, chief business development officer and vice president of Eastman Kodak Company and Paralympic gold medalist and motivational speaker, Mike Schlappi.
