Printers Gain from NAPL Executives’ Customized Management and Leadership Development Training

Press release from the issuing company

PARAMUS, N.J., SEPTEMBER 2, 2005 -- Customized management and leadership development training is available from NAPL executives for graphic communications companies seeking to bolster their efforts in these critical areas. “Moving a company forward in today’s marketplace requires top-notch management and leadership skills,” said Joseph P. Truncale, president and chief executive officer. “In recognition of this, NAPL executives can help companies address their particular management development objectives by working with them to develop and deliver customized leadership training.” In August, for instance, Truncale provided leadership training at the Allegra Network located in Northville, Michigan, which is a leading multi-national print and graphics communications franchise. “The meeting was attended by 35 managers, mainly general managers and individuals being groomed for that key position. Joe’s insights on leadership skills—including problem solving, time management, and decision making—were a very valuable part of the program,” noted Dirk Nelson, Allegra Network’s Vice President of Field Operations. “His presentations were so well received that we’ve engaged him to speak at two of our fall regional meetings that our franchisees attend.” Truncale and a number of other NAPL executives are available to work with individual companies and organizations on customized leadership development, including Tim Fischer, vice president and COO; John Hyde, managing director of NAPL Consulting Services; and Susan Reif, senior director, Professional Development. Companies seeking information on how they can enhance their management training efforts with NAPL’s leadership development services are invited to contact Susan Reif at (800) 642-6275, ext. 1350, or [email protected].
