PrintStaff Announces Appointment Of Monica Levin As Recruiter In Baltimore Office
Press release from the issuing company
Boston, MA – July 26, 2005 – PrintStaff, the leading placement firm for temporary help in the graphic arts and printing industry, announces it has appointed Monica Levin as recruiter at the company's newest office, in Baltimore. In this role, Monica is responsible for developing new sources for finding skilled help and enlisting candidates into PrintStaff's roster of temp employees. Monica will also be responsible for screening employees to ascertain their expertise, placing them into open opportunities, and guiding candidates to develop their skill sets.
Monica brings with her an extensive understanding of the printing industry and prepress technology. She grew up in the industry, as her family owned Grafix, Inc. a prepress trade house located in Columbia, MD—just outside of Baltimore. Monica worked at Grafix for ten years and, for the last two, managed all aspects of the company. Grafix was a member of the Printing and Imaging Industries of Maryland for over 25 years. Monica sat on the Board of the association. She also has been member of the program committee of the National Associations of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).
“Monica will be an outstanding asset for both employees and employers,” remarks David Regan, PrintStaff CEO. “She has a rare understanding of the printing industry from the inside. She recognizes the technical demands of roles that need to be filled, and also knows the members of the printing community in the Baltimore area very well. We expect her to be a wonderful matchmaker for printers and graphic arts firms in the area.”
