Presstek Announces Expanded Roles for Two Key Executives

HUDSON, N.H., July 27 -- Presstek, Inc., a leading provider of environmentally responsible digital imaging solutions for the graphic arts and laser imaging markets, today announced the promotion of two key executives into expanded roles for its growing business. Peter Bouchard, formerly the company's General Manager for Presstek's Direct Imaging line of business, has been named Vice President, Presstek. In this expanded role, Bouchard will be responsible for Presstek's Marketing and Commercial Operations, including the coordination of all business activities for Presstek's core products in the Direct Imaging and Computer to Plate lines of business, and all Presstek marketing activities. Bouchard will work closely with Michael McCarthy, Senior Vice President of Operations, Susan McLaughlin, President of ABDick North America, and Quen Baum, Managing Director of Presstek Europe to develop, promote and grow Presstek's core lines of business. Cathleen Cavanna, formerly the company's Director of Human Resources, has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. In this expanded role, Cavanna will be responsible for coordinating all human resource activities within the corporation, including strengthening the link between internal operations and external performance, and influencing and fulfilling business strategy through a fully-aligned and integrated approach. Cavanna's new position indicates the growing significance of Human Resources in Presstek's expanding business. Presstek's President and Chief Executive Officer Edward J.
