MyPrint Promotes Hath to Executive VP of Sales

Press release from the issuing company

IRVINE, Calif. May 04, 2008 -- MyPrint Corporation (www.myprint.com) today announced that Craig Hath has been promoted to executive vice president of sales. Hath, who joined the MyPrint team in 2007, has successfully implemented a broad range of initiatives supporting a dramatic growth period for the organization. Hath's role will include leading the sales efforts for both MyPrint Services Group and the eTools Products Group.

MyPrint's explosive growth in recent years can be largely attributed to the success of its eTools division, which offers a complete end-to-end brand asset solution for large restaurant chains. The company's software applications enable large restaurant chains to simplify the process of managing brand assets. With eTools, franchisees and corporate users can quickly access a visually driven online catalog of corporate designed materials that can be customized, proofed and ordered online.

In addition, MyPrint continues to capture contracts with industry leaders in eight vertical markets globally, and plans to continue growing beyond its current industries of distribution, education, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, travel and manufacturing.

Hath brings to MyPrint an extensive 29-year professional sales and leadership background in print, paper and distribution. He most recently was the managing director of corporate sales for FedEx Kinko's. Hath also held lead roles with Zellerbach Paper, xpedx and International Paper, where he received industry accolades including the Star Leadership and Par Excellence honors. Hath earned a degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas and has executive program certificates from the University of Utah and the University of Texas.

"The recent deterioration of the economy has provided the company with increased opportunity," Hath stated. "We offer a proven, non-traditional enterprise approach that reduces costs and creates significant efficiencies for our clients. I could not be more thrilled with the opportunity ahead of us."

Kent Barkouras, MyPrint's President and CEO, added, "We are pleased to have an executive with Craig's superb qualifications and expertise lead our sales efforts for both MyPrint and eTools. He has done an excellent job in the short time he has been on board, demonstrating that his level of experience is essential for our success, given the accelerating demand and deployment of our print management and enterprise software solutions."
