Nexpo, March 19th, 2005 – Goss International Corporation and FERAG AG announce today the conclusion of an exclusive distributor agreement for Goss to represent and sell FERAG products in the United States and Canada. The agreement is the result of cooperation on customer projects in North America between the two companies. The products of both businesses are complementary and often used together by customers to provide innovative postpress solutions. Goss International will offer the full range of FERAG newspaper and commercial web postpress and mailroom equipment, alongside its own Goss postpress and web press products in the North American market. FERAG will maintain its U.S. offices and North American presence to support Goss selling activities, and FERAG will continue to provide aftermarket sales, service and training support to all customers with their equipment in North America.
